Lena Jaspersen is a Lecturer in Innovation and Qualitative Research Methods at the University of Leeds. Her research explores collaborative innovation, interdisciplinary working, and inclusive approaches to knowledge creation and research practice. Within the Future Workplace research group, Lena's work focuses on academic work and communication, including how remote, hybrid, and in-person interactions shape collaboration, participation, and the knowledge we generate. She is particularly interested in understanding how more inclusive forms of academic engagement can support diverse voices and perspectives in research communities.
