In this webinar, we previewed key findings in our milestone report from the Adapting Offices project. Drawing from interviews with industry experts, businesses, employees, snapshot surveys and industry workshops, we shared lessons learned for designing successful hybrid working.

Dr Matthew Davis has shared insights into how employees are adapting to hybrid working, their views on the office and how office vs. home working affects engagement. We introduced our systems approach to designing a hybrid workplace, together with practical trade-offs that you are likely to encounter along the way. Hope we could help you to identify what hybrid working means for you and questions to ask as you develop a hybrid working policy.

Our research team shared their top tips for: designing a workplace for infection resilience; holding a successful hybrid meeting; supporting new starters, and; managing a hybrid team.

The second half of the webinar was dedicated to Q&A and interactive live discussion, including the opportunity for attendees to pose questions to both the research team and the wider audience to discuss together ways that we can successfully design the hybrid workplace.
